“Rejection” John 6:33-51
No human being finds rejection easy. Imagine, then, what it was like for Jesus. He was the long-awaited Messiah, but when he came to this earth most of the nation of Israel rejected him. The early church was also greatly challenged in knowing that the one they preached as God’s answer to the needs of people was refused by many.
